Our Cancellation and Prepayment Policy
- In case of cancellation before 7 days of arrival : No cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation between 3 days and day of arrival : deposit will be charged.
- In case of “No-Show” (Departure before the initial check-out date), the whole stay will be charged.
- Non-reimbursable deposit is required for all bookings of 5 days and up
- All reservations made between December 19, 2008 and Jan 04, 2009 are prepaid in full. The same policy applies for reservations made during Easter Week.(Semana Santa) 2009
- An administration fee of 25% in deducted from all reimbursements.
